When you contact me, I process your name, email address, message and technical information necessary to deliver your inquiry. The purpose is to receive and respond to professional inquiries. Depending on the nature of the inquiry, the legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b) (pre-contractual steps) or Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in responding to messages).

Service providers and transfers

The website hosting provider may process technical server logs, including IP addresses, to operate and secure the site. Contact form submissions are processed by an external form-processing service and forwarded to my email inbox. The form-processing and email hosting providers process the submitted information to deliver your message. Depending on their processing locations, personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, subject to applicable GDPR safeguards.

Retention

I retain messages only for as long as necessary to answer the inquiry and meet any applicable legal obligations.

Your rights

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.
